21 Steps to Salvation Calvinism vs Arminianism bottom of page click on God cannot stand the prayers of anyone who disobeys his Law. Proverbs 28:9 In Isaiah 66:15-17, we see that in the context of the Lord’s return, when He returns, He is clearly upset that people are eating pork. If He cares then, why would we assume that He does not care now? 1. Hear the True Gospel The first step of the build is listening to the unfiltered, original message of God. “From that time Yeshua began to preach and to say, ‘Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.’” — Matthew 4:17 “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” — John 8:32 What this means: You cannot build a straight wall if you are reading a warped blueprint. Hearing the true Gospel means listening to the actual Word of God—not human traditions, clever shortcuts, or watered-down messages that just make people feel good in the pew. It is the moment you hear the real standard for the very first time. 2. Believe the True Gospel True belief is not just agreeing with facts; it is placing your absolute confidence and weight on the message. “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” — Hebrews 11:6 What this means: Believing means you look at the plumb line and say, "That string is perfectly straight, and I trust it completely." It is an inner conviction that drives you to action. If you don't truly believe the blueprint is accurate, you will never bother to change how you are laying your bricks. 3. Repent of Past Sins Repentance is a deliberate, U-turn in direction. It means stopping your lawlessness and turning back toward the Law of God. “I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.” — Luke 13:3 What this means: Since 1 John 3:4 tells us that sin is breaking God's law, your old wall was naturally leaning and crooked. Repentance is the moment you drop your tools, admit your wall is out of line, and make a firm decision to tear down the old, lawless way of living so you can rebuild it straight. 4. Confess Faith in Yeshua Messiah Confession is the public declaration of who is in charge of your building site. “For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” — Romans 10:10 What this means: Confession is nailing your colors to the mast. It means standing up and declaring out loud to the world, to the adversary, and to the assembly: "Yeshua is my Master, and I am building my life on His foundation from this day forward." 5. Be Baptized Baptism is the physical and spiritual washing away of the rubble from your old life. “Then Peter said to them, ‘Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Yeshua Messiah for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.’” — Acts 2:38 What this means: Going under the water is the formal burial of the old, crooked structure. You don't build a new house on top of old trash. You clear the lot. Baptism washes away the stain of past lawlessness so you can step out of the water onto a clean, solid foundation. 6. Be Faithful Unto Death Loyalty to the Creator must be absolute, even when the pressure of the world threatens to break you. “Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.” — Revelation 2:10 What this means: This is the ultimate test of the structure. When the storms of persecution, sickness, or trials hit the wall, a true believer refuses to let a single brick slip. It means your loyalty to the Master Builder stays intact even if holding the line costs you your physical life. 7. Obey Him for Eternal Salvation The author of salvation specifically identifies who His work is for: those who follow His instructions. “And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him.” — Hebrews 5:9 What this means: The Master Builder only claims ownership of the walls that actually followed His blueprints. Faith that refuses to obey is an illusion. Salvation belongs to the people who don't just call Him "Lord," but who actually submit to His authority and do what He asks. 8. Live Exactly as Yeshua Did The Messiah's walk on this earth is the ultimate, flawless example for our daily lives. “He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked.” — 1 John 2:6 What this means: Yeshua is the living plumb line. If you want to know how to treat people, how to handle temptation, or how to keep God's commands, you look at His life. If a custom or a lifestyle choice doesn't square up with how Yeshua walked, it does not belong in your wall. 9. Do What the Word Says, Don't Just Listen True faith is an active, hands-on construction project, not a spectator sport. “But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.” — James 1:22 What this means: Sitting in a pew and nodding along with a sermon doesn't build anything. If you know what the Bible says but don't practice it on Monday morning, you are fooling yourself. True faith requires you to pick up the trowel and actually lay the bricks according to the instructions. 10. Possess the Spirit of Christ True conversion requires the supernatural presence of the Holy Spirit living inside you. “Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.” — Romans 8:9 What this means: The Holy Spirit is the gravity that keeps the plumb line straight. Without the Spirit living inside your heart, you have no power to keep the wall in line, and you don't belong to the Owner of the house. You must have His seal on the inside. 11. Receive the Holy Spirit Through Obedience God places His Spirit inside those who have a heart bent toward submission. “And we are His witnesses of these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.” — Acts 5:32 What this means: God does not pour His Holy Spirit into a vessel that intends to stay rebellious and lawless. The Spirit is given as a helper to help you keep the Law. When you step out in willingness to obey, God anchors His supernatural strength deep inside your life. 12. Call on the Name of Yeshua Messiah Deliverance and strength come from actively crying out to the authority and identity of the Son. “For ‘whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.’” — Romans 10:13 What this means: When the wall is leaning, when your own strength fails, or when the enemy attacks, you don't rely on yourself. You call on the name and the legal authority of Yeshua. It is an active cry for help to the only One who has the power to hold the structure together. 13. Keep the Commandments to Enter Into Life When asked directly how to inherit eternal life, the Messiah pointed straight back to God's boundaries. “Jesus said to him... ‘If you want to enter into life, keep the commandments.’” — Matthew 19:17 What this means: Commandments are not heavy burdens; they are the side-guards that keep the wall from warping. Since sin is breaking the law, keeping the commandments is how we show we love God and want our lives to stay completely square with His righteousness. 14. Trust the Son to Not Perish Escape from the penalty of lawlessness requires absolute reliance on the sacrifice of the Messiah. “That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.” — John 3:15,16 What this means: No matter how hard we try to build straight, our past sins would condemn us if not for Jesus. Trusting the Son means knowing that His blood covers our imperfections and saves our structure from facing the ultimate collapse of spiritual death. 15. Walk by Faith, Not by Sight The Christian walk requires trusting God’s structural blueprint even when circumstances look dark and confusing. “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7 What this means: Sometimes the fog of life rolls in, and you can't see two feet in front of you. Walking by faith means you don't guess or look around at what everyone else is doing. You trust the plumb line in your hand because you know God's weight is true, even when your eyes can't see the top of the line. 16. Obey the Son to Avoid Angry Judgment Rejecting the instructions of the King leaves a person exposed to the holy consequences of rebellion. “He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” — John 3:36 What this means: You cannot claim to believe in Jesus while actively refusing to listen to Him. Intentional disobedience is rebellion, and a wall built in open defiance of the Blueprints will eventually face inspection and be completely demolished under divine judgment 17. Be Born Again Salvation requires a radical, supernatural transformation from above—not just a superficial patch-job. “ Yeshua answered and said to him, ‘Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.’” — John 3:3 What this means: God doesn't just want to fix a few cracks in your old wall; He wants to give you a brand-new nature. Yeshua told Nicodemus that what is born of the flesh is flesh, and what is born of the Spirit is spirit, moving like the wind. If you claim you are already fully "born again" right now, why are you still trapped in a temporary body of flesh and blood instead of a glorified, immortal spirit body? Are you confusing the earnest promise of the Holy Spirit inside you today with the actual, physical rebirth that only happens at the resurrection of the dead? True rebirth replaces the temporary structure of flesh with an immortal house from heaven. 18. Produce Good Deeds So Faith Isn't Dead Active obedience and good fruit are the unmistakable evidence of a living faith. “Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.” — James 2:17 What this means: Faith is invisible until it shows up in your actions. If someone claims to be a master builder but has never laid a single brick or done a single good deed, their claim is useless. True, saving faith will always show up clearly in the work you do for God's kingdom. 19. Worship God in Spirit and Truth True service to the Father requires complete honesty, removing the masks of religious pretense. “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” — John 4:24 "What this means: This means stop pretending to be a flawless saint in the church pew if you are falling apart on the inside. Worshiping in truth means standing perfectly vertical before God, baring your soul, and saying, "Lord, here is exactly where my wall is leaning." Furthermore, Acts 5:32 states that God gives the Holy Spirit to those who obey Him. This principle emphasizes that a willing, obedient heart is a key condition for receiving and experiencing the empowering presence of the Spirit. If you do not have the Spirit of Christ, you are none of His. Because 1 John 3:4 warns that "sin is the transgression of the law," walking in the Spirit is the only way to overcome the flesh and keep from breaking God's boundaries. 20. Endure Until the End Salvation is a marathon, not a sprint. The prize is given to those who finish the entire construction project. “But he who endures to the end shall be saved.” — Matthew 24:13 What this means: It’s not about how fast you start; it’s about whether your structure stands the test of time. True believers don't pack up their tools and walk away when the culture turns against them or when things get tough. They stay on the wall, checking the line, until the project is completely finished. 21. Be Grafted Into Israel Believers from the nations are joined directly into God’s original, enduring covenant family tree. “And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and with them became a partaker of the root and fatness of the olive tree...” — Romans 11:17 What this means: You are not a lone house sitting out on an island by yourself. By faith in the Messiah, God links your life directly into the great, historic fortress of His covenant people—Israel. You share in their root, their history, their promises, and their responsibilities to the King. 3 Commonly Misunderstood Bible Questions Answered For it is by grace [God’s remarkable compassion and favor drawing you to Christ] that you have been saved [actually delivered from judgment and given eternal life] through faith. Many are called but few are saved. Matthew 22:14 And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [not through your own effort], but it is the [undeserved, gracious] gift of God; God has pronounced that the penalty of sin is spiritual death and separation from God in a place of judgment called hell: “For the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23). Jesus clearly taught that sinners were condemned in sin and would perish and go to hell if they didn't believe in Him as their Savior (John 3:16-18). What are the 21 steps to salvation? 1 John 3:4 Whosoever committed sin transgression also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. Hear the True Gospel. (Matthew 4:17 John 8:32) Believe the True Gospel (Hebrews 11:6, John 20:31) Repent of past sins (Luke 13:3, Acts 17:30) Confess faith in Yeshua Messiah (Romans 10:10, Matthew 10:32) Be Baptized (Galatians 3:27, Mark 16:16, Acts 2:38) Be faithful unto death (Revelation 2:10) For all who obey him eternal salvation Hebrews 5:9 Whoever claims to live in him must live as Yeshua did.1 John 2:6 But don't just listen to God's word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves. James 1:2 And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ. Romans 8:1 We are witnesses of these things and so is the Holy Spirit, who is given by God to those who obey him.” Acts 5:32 “whoever calls on the name of the Yeshua Messiah shall be saved.Romans 10:13-15 For But if thou wouldest enter into life, keep the commandments. Matthew 19:16-26 That whosoever believe i n him should not perish, but have eternal life…John 3:15,16 For we live by faith, not by sight. (Hebrews 11:6) And without faith it is impossible to please God because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.2 Corinthians 5:7 And anyone who believes in God’s Son has eternal life. Anyone who doesn’ t obey the Son will never experience eternal life but remains under God’s angry judgment.” John 3: Yeshua Messiah replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again. ”John 3:3 So you see, faith by itself isn’t enough. Unless it produces good deeds , it is dead and useless. James 2:17-23 You must worship God in TRUTH and SPIRIT John 4:24 You must endure until the end to be saved . Matthew 24:13 We must be grafted into Israel. Romans 11:11-31 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree." He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Yeshua Messiah so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit. Galatians 3:14 Explanation Obedience is a requirement for receiving the Holy Spirit, along with faith in Christ's sacrifice. Repentance, or turning away from sin and toward obedience, is also required. The Holy Spirit gives guidance and companionship, and enables people to obey, kill sin, and be sanctified. "Born of the Spirit" (regeneration) is a spiritual rebirth, a work of the Holy Spirit that gives us new life and makes us capable of understanding and responding to God. Without this spiritual birth, one cannot "see" or "enter" the Kingdom of God (heaven). 1. The Holy Spirit Indwells Believers as a Mark of Salvation :The Holy Spirit Indwells Believers as a Mark of Salvation: 2.The Holy Spirit is the Seal and Guarantee of Our Inheritance : Ephesians 1:13-14: "In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of his glory." 3. The Holy Spirit Regenerates and Gives New Life: 4. The Holy Spirit Sanctifies and Transforms Us: Chist redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: " Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree. " He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Yeshua Messiah so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit. Galatians 3:14 The decrees of Yehovah are trustworthy , making wise the simple. The commandments of Yehovah are right, bringing joy to the heart. The commands of Yehovah are clear, giving insight into living. Reverence for Yehovah is pure , lasting forever. The laws of Yehovah are true ; each one is fair. They are more desirable than gold, even the finest gold. They are sweeter than honey, even honey dripping from the comb. They are a warning to your servant, a great reward for those who obey them. Psalm 19:7 The one who belongs listens and responds to Yehovah's words. If you don't listen and respond , it is because you don't belong to Yehovah." John 8:47 Some say that God's promises to those who obey him include: Being blessed Being saved Being watched over Being taken care of Being given what you ask for Being happy Living longer Lacking nothing good God's Law Reflects God's Character (Who He Is): The ultimate source of all truth is God Himself. He is perfectly holy, just, righteous, good, and loving. His law, therefore, is not arbitrary rules, but an expression of His very nature. It reveals what is inherently true, good, and right because it stems from the perfectly true, good, and righteous God. Psalm 119:142 says, "Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, And Your law is truth. " This verse directly links God's righteousness (His character) with His law being truth. The Law as Divine Instruction and Revelation: In the Old Testament, the Hebrew word "Torah" (often translated as "Law") literally means "instruction," "teaching," or "guidance." It's not just a list of prohibitions, but a comprehensive revelation of God's will and wisdom for how humanity should live and how they can have a relationship with Him. Since God is truth, His instructions are true. They accurately describe reality, the nature of good and evil, and the path to genuine life and flourishing. Psalm 19:7-9 beautifully describes the law: "The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul; The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple; The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes; The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever; The judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether." Notice the consistent emphasis on truth, purity, and righteousness. The Law Exposes Sin and Points to Reality: The law serves as a mirror, showing humanity its imperfection and sinfulness in contrast to God's perfect standard. In this sense, it is "true" because it accurately diagnoses the human condition. Romans 3:20 states, "for through the law comes knowledge of sin." The law truthfully reveals what is wrong, what deviates from God's intended design for creation and humanity. Jesus Christ Embodies and Fulfills the Law/Truth: Jesus said, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life" (John 14:6). He is the ultimate revelation of God's truth. He also stated that He came not to abolish the Law, but to fulfill it (Matthew 5:17). He perfectly lived out the Law and, through His sacrifice, perfectly satisfied its righteous demands on behalf of humanity. Therefore, the truth found in the Law ultimately points to and is embodied by Jesus Christ. The Law Guides Towards a True and Abundant Life: Living in accordance with God's law, empowered by the Holy Spirit, leads to a life that is truly abundant, meaningful, and aligned with God's design. This is not about earning salvation, but about living out the reality of being a new creation in Christ. The moral principles embedded in the law are timeless and beneficial for human flourishing, regardless of one's belief system. For example, honesty, faithfulness, and respect for life are universally recognized as good. In summary, when we say "the law is truth," we mean that God's law is a direct reflection of His unchanging, perfect, and truthful character. It is a divine revelation that accurately defines reality, distinguishes right from wrong, exposes sin, and ultimately points to Jesus Christ as the fulfillment of all truth and the source of true righteousness. It provides guidance for a life that is genuinely good and pleasing to God. Key Differences and Implications The Reformed (Calvinist) Order of Salvation The Armenian/Wesleyan Order of Salvation What is the Order of Salvation? The ordo salutis (Latin for "order of salvation") is a theological construct in Christian soteriology that describes the logical (not always strictly chronological) sequence of God's saving acts applied to the believer. It originates from Reformed theology but has been adapted across traditions, highlighting the interplay between divine sovereignty and human response Rooted in passages like Romans 8:29–30 (the "golden chain" of salvation), it underscores salvation as God's initiative from eternity to consummation. While all orthodox Christians affirm the core elements—such as Christ's atonement, faith, justification, and glorification—the order varies significantly between Reformed (Calvinist) and Arminian /Wesleyan views. Reformed theology prioritizes monergism (God's sole work), placing regeneration before faith, while Arminianism emphasizes synergism (cooperation via free will enabled by grace), placing faith before regeneration. The Reformed (Calvinist) Order of Salvation In this view, salvation begins with God's eternal decree and proceeds irresistibly, with human faith as a result of divine regeneration rather than its precondition. A typical sequence includes: Election/Predestination: God's sovereign choice of individuals before creation, based on His will alone (Ephesians 1:4–5). Calling: An outward gospel proclamation and inner, effectual call by the Spirit (Romans 8:30). Regeneration: The Holy Spirit imparts new spiritual life to the elect, enabling faith (Titus 3:5; Ezekiel 36:26). Conversion (Faith and Repentance): The regenerated sinner trusts Christ and turns from sin, as gifts from God (Ephesians 2:8–9). Justification: God declares the believer righteous, imputing Christ's merit (Romans 5:1). Adoption: Believers enter God's family as heirs (Galatians 4:4–7). Sanctification: Progressive growth in holiness, empowered by the Spirit (1 Thessalonians 5:23). Perseverance: God's preservation of the saints unto the end (Philippians 1:6). Glorification : Final perfection at Christ's return (Romans 8:30). This order emphasizes that no one can contribute to their salvation, avoiding any implication of merit. The Arminian/Wesleyan Order of Salvation Arminians stress prevenient (preceding) grace that restores free will to all sinners, making faith the condition for receiving salvation's benefits. Regeneration follows faith, and perseverance is conditional on continued belief. Roger Olson's classical Arminian sequence is: Electing Grace in Christ: God's election of all who will believe (foreseen faith). Atonement: Christ's universal provision for sinners. Prevenient Grace: God's enabling grace through the gospel, convicting and illuminating (Titus 2:11). Conversion (Repentance and Faith): The sinner's free response to believe and repent. Regeneration, Justification, Adoption , Union with Christ, Indwelling Spirit: Initial saving acts upon faith (John 3:3–5; Romans 5:1). Sanctification: Progressive (and potentially entire) holiness. Glorification: For those who persevere through faith. A broader Arminian outline includes universal/resistible calling before faith, with sanctification open to full freedom from sin's power in Wesleyan thought. Key Differences and Implications Faith vs. Regeneration: Reformed: Regeneration causes faith (monergistic). Arminian: Faith precedes and conditions regeneration (synergistic). Election: Reformed: Unconditional (individual selection). Arminian: Conditional (based on foreseen faith or corporate election in Christ). Calling and Perseverance: Reformed: Irresistible and guaranteed. Arminian: Resistible and dependent on human cooperation. Practical Ramifications: Reformed views foster assurance in God's sovereignty; Arminian emphasizes responsibility and warning against apostasy (Hebrews 6:4–6). These frameworks unite in affirming salvation by grace through Christ alone, differing mainly in emphasis to guard biblical truths like sovereignty (Reformed) and love for all (Arminian). No one has ascended into heaven except the One who descended from heaven—the Son of Man. Betraying God Christianity, the most lawless religion on earth The church lied to us Churches Who Teach Us to Keep Sunday Admit It’s NOT the Sabbath of the Bible พระคริสต์ทรงไถ่เราจากคำสาปแช่งของกฎหมาย โดยกลายเป็นคำสาปแช่งสำหรับเรา—เพราะมีคำเขียนไว้ว่า “ทุกคนที่ถูกแขวนคอต้องสาปแช่ง”— "So justice is driven back, and righteousness stands at a distance; truth has stumbled in the streets, honesty cannot enter. Truth is nowhere to be found, and whoever shuns evil becomes a prey. The Lord looked and was displeased that there was no justice." . 16He saw that there was no man; He was amazed that there was no one to intercede. So His own arm brought salvation, and His own righteousness sustained Him.… Meaning: This passage describes a society where truth and honesty are so absent that they are practically non-existent, to the point where someone who tries to live righteously is vulnerable and becomes a target. It portrays a severe moral decline where justice is not pursued and evil is widely accepted. Christianity, the most lawless religion on earth You can be sure the False Prophet and the Man of Lawlessness will certainly come from the only religion that has promoted and pushed Lawlessness (not obeying God’s Laws) since the beginning. Keeping in mind that Christianity, the most lawless religion on earth since it actually forbids observing God’s Law, is over 30% of the world, so we got our first indication of what kind of percentage we might be looking at taking the mark. If you do the things God hates and refuse to keep His commandments and encourage others to do the same, they, too, will drink the wine of God’s fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. They will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment will rise forever and ever. There will be no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and its image, or for anyone who receives the mark of its name.” NOT THE MARK OF GOD “YEHOVAH” Teaching against obedience to God’s commandments is a betrayal of His Word because it directly undermines His authority in four ways: It Erases the Definition of Sin: Scripture explicitly defines sin as "the transgression of the law" (1 John 3:4). If you throw out the Law, you destroy the only boundary that defines right from wrong. It Defies Yeshua’s Direct Warning: The Messiah specifically warned that anyone who breaks the commandments and teaches others to do so will be called the least in the Kingdom (Matthew 5:19).If "least" literally meant a low-ranking person inside the Kingdom, Yeshua would be saying that a carnal, commandment-breaking believer is somehow spiritually superior to John the Baptist. That makes no sense. But if "least" means the person who hasn't even entered yet (the mortal believer still waiting on the outside), the phrase makes perfect sense. It Replaces Divine Truth with Human Tradition: Bypassing God's Feasts, dietary laws, and Sabbath always leads to a common substitution—making the Word of God "of none effect" through human traditions (Mark 7:13). It Separates Faith from True Loyalty: Scripture states, "This is the love of God, that we keep his commandments" (1 John 5:3). Teaching against obedience strips believers of the concrete actions required to show true covenant loyalty. The Bottom Line: Telling people they are free to ignore the Father's instructions mimics the very first deception in the Garden: "Yea, hath God said...?" It doesn't just misinterpret Scripture; it actively trains people to live in comfortable transgression. Yeshua the Messiah Modern Christianity He kept the Leviticus food laws. Eat unclean He kept the seventh day Sabbath Holy Observe Sunday Yeshua is the LORD of the Sabbath. Only for the Jews He kept all of God’s feast days. Observe Christmas, Easter He kept all God’s commandments and statutes. Done away with He was totally submersed during baptism. Without repentance Gospel message coming to Kingdom Death burial and resurrection Sin is the transgression of the law Ten suggestions He wore tassels on the hems of his clothing. These statistics, highlighted in Barna research, indicate a shift toward moral relativism and syncretism among American Christians, prioritizing subjective experience over traditional doctrine. Key findings show that 72% argue that people are basically good. 71% consider feelings, experience, or the input of friends and family as their most trusted sources of moral guidance. 66% say that having faith matters more than which faith you pursue. 64% say that all religious faiths are of equal value. 58% believe that if a person is good enough, or does enough good things, they can earn their way into Heaven. 58% contend that the Holy Spirit is not a real, living being but is merely a symbol of God’s power, presence, or purity. 57% believe in karma. 52% claim that determining moral truth is up to each individual; there are no moral absolutes that apply to everyone, all the time Self-identified Christians are also likely to reject a number of biblical teachings and principles. For example, slightly less than half. (46%) believe that the marriage of one man to one woman is God’s plan for humanity, across all cultures; j ust 40% believe that when they die they will go to Heaven, but only because they have confessed their sins and accepted Jesus Christ as their savior; only one-third. 34% believes that people are born into sin and can only be saved of the consequences by Jesus Christ; just one-third. 32% believes premarital sex is morally unacceptable; and about one out of every four. 28% believes that the best indicator of a successful life is consistent obedience to God. Teachings that are not found in your bible and are taught as truth. One compromise here, another there, and soon the so-called Christian and man in the world look alike a.w Tozer When Christians die, they go to heaven. They are in a better place. The Old Testament is for the Jews and the New Testament is for everyone else. No one can keep the commandments. You can live like the devil and still go to Heaven. God’s holy Sabbath's day of rest is done away with. The Sabbath was changed to Sunday because the Apostles met on the first day of the week. The Leviticus food laws, that God said don't eat or touch unclean meat, are only for the Jews. There is a secret rapture for Christians only, excluding them from the tribulation. The law of God was nailed to the cross. Carnal Christians are not under the law, but they are under Grace. Yeshua did it so we don't have to. Once saved always saved. Just ask Yeshua into your heart for salvation. The only requirement for Believing is acknowledging God’s existence. Baptism is just a symbolic meaning and is not required for salvation. The Gospel is the death burial and resurrection. Following God's instructions is legalistic. You are a Jew if you keep the food laws, the Sabbath, God's feast days, and all God's commandments like Yeshua did. It just matters what you feel in your heart, even if it is pagan. Yeshua's birth happened on December 25, and there were shepherds and sheep in the fields and Mary and Joseph were required to travel in the winter. The church can Christianize pagan holidays, like Christmas, Easter, and Halloween. Paul's misunderstood letters nullify God’s word and His instructions. A time will come when people will not listen to accurate teachings. Instead, they will follow their own desires and surround themselves with teachers who tell them what they want to hear. 2 Timothy 4:3 There are consequences— eternal consequences—to our actions. What we do is evidence of what we believe. Don’t be misled—you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant. 8 Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest eternal life from the Spirit. But after that faith comes, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. Exactly what law was a schoolmaster to bring us to faith in Christ? Was it the 10 commandments like so many Christians suppose? Whoever denies all scripture denies God. Whoever says the old testmate was for the Jews is a false prophet. The entire bible is connected and It would be impossible for the Old Testament and the New Testament not to be only one Testmate. Jordan Peterson: "The Bible is the World's First Hyperlink Text" All Scripture is God-breathed Torah the first books in the Bible The first five books of the Bible are Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy. They are known as the Torah God's instructions of Love The all new Testmante books is founded on the Torah 2 Timothy 3:16 states, "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for instruction, for conviction, for correction, and for training in righteousness". This verse is often used to support the idea that God inspired the Bible. These men wrote the new testament Peter who were fishermen in Galilee Fishermen James and John: Brothers who were fishermen in Galilee Tax collector Matthew: he was a tax collector for the Roman EmpireTax Luke does not directly identify his profession. Tradition has it that he was a first-century physician. Mark ? Whoever denies all scripture denies God. Whoever says the old testament was for the Jews is a false prophet. 63,779 Cross-References I’d like to share with you one of the most amazing and awe-inspiring images I have ever seen. Period. Professor Jordan Peterson recently and brilliantly described the Bible as the first “hyperlinked text,” that is, the first text that complexly references itself throughout the entirety of its structure in a vast series of internal interconnections. Think of Wikipedia, in which the articles all reference and interlink to one another in a vast web of knowledge. The Bible is hyperlinked in the same way but for ancient stories and repositories of ancient myths, insights, narratives, wisdom, mystical poetry, and ethical theories. The difference was that instead of clicking, ancient readers would have to flip through the pages like a Choose Your Own Adventure Book. Advertisements Report this ad What does this amazing image show, you may wonder? It is truly mind-blowing when you fully grasp it. Consider this staggering fact: Every single one of the lines on the bottom of the image is a Biblical verse. The length of each line is proportionate to the number of times that verse is referred to in some way by some other verse in the Bible. In other words, this image is a map. It shows the 63,779 cross-references in the Bible, this massive sweeping text written over thousands of years by hundreds of people from a wide variety of different backgrounds in three different languages: Greek, Latin, and Aramaic. Starting at any one verse, imagine how many pathways you could take through all the interlinked verses through the text! There are nearly endless permutations and combinations and every verse and phrase is dependent on nearly every other verse and phrase to get the “full” meaning of what this sweeping collection of many books within a book says on any one subject… Christopher Harisson offers even deeper insight into this amazing diagram he created when he says that it “…started as a collaboration between Christoph Römhild and myself. Christoph, a Lutheran Pastor, first emailed me in October of 2007. He described a data set he was putting together that defined textual cross references found in the Bible. He had already done considerable work visualizing the data before contacting me. Together, we struggled to find an elegant solution to render the data, more than 63,000 cross references in total. As the work progressed, it became clear that an interactive visualization would be needed to properly explore the data, where users could zoom in and prune down the information to manageable levels. However, this was less interesting to us, as several Bible-exploration programs existed that offered similar functionality and much more. Instead we set our sights on the other end of the spectrum –- something more beautiful than functional. At the same time, we wanted something that honored and revealed the complexity of the data at every level –- as one leans in, smaller details should become visible. This ultimately led us to the multi-colored arc diagram you see below. The bar graph that runs along the bottom represents all of the chapters in the Bible. Books alternate in color between white and light gray. The length of each bar denotes the number of verses in the chapter. Each of the 63,779 cross references found in the Bible is depicted by a single arc – the color corresponds to the distance between the two chapters, creating a rainbow-like effect.” In short, the Bible is an important book. Indeed, it is one of the most foundational texts on which our culture was built, the massive powerhouse that inspired some of our most-exquisite literature, films, music, poetry, philosophers, and theologians, influences the lives of millions upon millions of people, a text for which countless people were paradoxically both baptized at birth and killed in the name of, and which represented the very deepest insights that human beings were able to come up with over thousands of years, many powerful insights of which still have something to say to us this day. And this point remains true even if we don’t read the Bible in a fundamentalist-literalist way, but rather take the majority of it as metaphorical and mythical with some intrusions of history throughout and a whole lot of cultural context infused into its nearly inexhaustible depths. It’s a really amazing and awe-inspiring book, to be sure, and with an amazing version like the Cultural Backgrounds Study Bible , which sheds light on the ancient cultures and contexts that inform its verses, can be a really fascinating and inspiring read.

Good Friday at 3pm to Easter Sunday while it was still dark. Humm the math says drumm role 3pm Monday . Christ said He would be in the grave 3 days and 3 nights, Good Friday Easter Sunday Is Easter Pagan? 3 วัน 3 คืน 72 ชั่วโมง Jonah Cast Into the Sea and Swallowed …16Then the men feared the LORD greatly, and they offered a sacrifice to the LORD and made vows to Him. 17 Now the LORD had appointed a great fish to swallow Jonah, and Jonah spent three days and three nights in the belly of the fish. How Can Celebrate Easter Anger God? Now that we have just gone through the roots of easter the question remains, “How does celebrating easter anger God?” There is no doubt that the holiday has pagan roots which the LORD detests. Throughout the Old Testament, we see the LORD’s reaction to Israel’s constant falling away into idol worship and pagan practices. We are not much different than the Israelites. Why should we expect a different reaction from Abba? The Word says that God is a jealous God who does not tolerate idolatry. And even if you celebrate Easter with Jesus in mind, God does not receive this! Why? Because it’s a strange fire! Following a holiday with pagan roots , symbols, and meanings and then claiming it in honor of God is an abomination! Here is the clean, definitive Simple Test for identifying whether your home, calendar, and physical habits are in alignment with the Torah of Yehovah, or if you are active in the sin of syncretism—mixing the holy commands of God with the profane traditions of the world. ⚖️ The Simple Test: Sinning Against God (Syncretism Check) Instructions: Answer these 10 direct, binary (Yes/No) questions honestly before the Creator. Question 1: The Origin of the Winter Tree The Scriptural Law: “Do not learn the way of the Gentiles... for one cuts a tree from the forest... They decorate it with silver and gold...” (Jeremiah 10:2-4). The Question: When the winter season arrives, do you bring a decorated evergreen tree into your property, or do you banish this custom because it imitates the historic winter-solstice practices of the nations? [ ] YES (I obey God): You refuse to bring a winter tree into your home, treating the custom as a futile practice rooted in ancient solar idolatry. [ ] NO (I follow tradition): You continue to set up, decorate, or participate around the tree, claiming "it represents Jesus to me." Question 2: The Sunrise Worship Timing The Scriptural Law: “...with their backs toward the temple of the Lord and their faces toward the east, and they were worshiping the sun toward the east.” (Ezekiel 8:16). The Question: Do you participate in traditional "Sunrise Services" on the spring equinox calendar, a practice historically dedicated to the dawn and spring deities of the nations? [ ] YES (I obey God): You reject the custom, recognizing that the Father explicitly calls solar-aligned worship timing an abomination. [ ] NO (I follow tradition): You attend or defend these services because mainstream church culture has assigned a biblical meaning to them. Question 3: The Vocabulary of the Tongue The Scriptural Law: “And make no mention of the name of other gods, nor let it be heard from your mouth.” (Exodus 23:13). The Question: Do you actively scrub the terminology of the nations from your lips when discussing holy things—such as refusing to call the celebration of the Master's resurrection by the name of a Germanic spring goddess (Easter)? [ ] YES (I obey God): You call His days what the Scriptures call them: Pesach (Passover) and Yom HaBikkurim (Firstfruits). [ ] NO (I follow tradition): You continue to use pagan-rooted names for holy realities because it is easier and more socially acceptable. Question 4: The Altar of Your Appetite The Scriptural Law: “Eating swine’s flesh and the abomination and the mouse, shall be consumed together,’ says the Lord.” (Isaiah 66:17). The Question: When you select what to put into your body, does the written Law of Leviticus 11 hold total veto power over your appetite, your cravings, and your social comfort? [ ] YES (I obey God): You strictly observe the dietary boundaries, treating your body as a clean, set-apart living sacrifice (Romans 12:1). [ ] NO (I follow tradition): You consume pork, shellfish, or other unclean things, rationalizing it through modern theology, social convenience, or personal taste. Question 5: The Master of Your Time The Scriptural Law: “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy... the seventh day is the Sabbath of Yehovah your God.” (Exodus 20:8-10). The Question: Do you physically cease from your worldly labor, commerce, and buying/selling on the Seventh-Day Sabbath (sunset Friday to sunset Saturday), or do you follow the Sunday tradition of Rome? [ ] YES (I obey God): You guard the Seventh-Day Sabbath as an eternal covenant sign between you and the Father. [ ] NO (I follow tradition): You treat the Seventh Day like any other day for work, shopping, or entertainment, preferring man's shifting calendar. Question 6: The Direct Instruction Rule The Scriptural Law: “Whatever I command you, be careful to observe it; you shall not add to it nor take away from it.” (Deuteronomy 12:32). The Question: When looking for a way to worship the King, do you stick strictly to the Appointed Times (Moedim) He wrote down, or do you believe human beings have the authority to invent new religious holidays and rituals? [ ] YES (I obey God): You believe the Torah is sufficient and complete; you add no human holidays to His sacred calendar. [ ] NO (I follow tradition): You participate in holidays invented by the state of Rome or modern culture, assuming God accepts whatever we offer. Question 7: Purging Sacred Objects from the Home The Scriptural Law: “You shall burn the carved images of their gods with fire... nor take it for yourself, lest you be snared by it; for it is an abomination to Yehovah your God.” (Deuteronomy 7:25). The Question: Do you systematically inspect your home, decorations, and properties to ensure you are not harboring symbols historically tied to ancient fertility cults, solar wheels, or the occult? [ ] YES (I obey God): You purge your household of any physical item that carries a heritage of false worship or worldly customs. [ ] NO (I follow tradition): You keep these items around as "art," "decorations," or "antiques," ignoring the spiritual snare attached to them. Question 8: The Hearing of the Ear The Scriptural Law: “He that turned away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be an abomination.” (Proverbs 28:9). The Question: When the hard, straightforward truth of the Torah cuts across your comfort, your wallet, or your family traditions, how does your ear respond? [ ] YES (I obey God): You humble yourself, undergo the continuous baptism of repentance, and adjust your life immediately to match the Spoken Word. [ ] NO (I follow tradition): You look for loop-holes, modern grace excuses, or point to "good intentions," matching the exact description of the nation that refuses to be taught (Jeremiah 7:27). Question 9: The Pressure of the Feast Table The Scriptural Law: “You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot partake of the Lord’s table and of the table of demons.” (1 Corinthians 10:21). The Question: If a close family member invites you to a major traditional holiday dinner (like Christmas or Easter) where unclean food is served and pagan-rooted traditions are practiced, do you have the courage to politely decline the invitation to keep your garments clean? [ ] YES (I obey God): You value covenant fidelity above family harmony, refusing to sit at a table that honors a mixed, profane tradition. [ ] NO (I follow tradition): You attend anyway to "keep the peace," validating their compromise with your presence. Question 10: The Definition of Faith The Scriptural Law: “But don't just listen to Yehovah’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves.” (James 1:22). The Question: Is your faith a concrete action of physical submission, consisting of Believing, Committing, and Doing, or is it an intellectual concept wrapped in emotional sentiment? [ ] YES (I obey God): Your faith drives you to physically walk out His commands regarding His Sabbaths, His boundaries, and His instructions. [ ] NO (I follow tradition): You claim to have "faith in your heart" while your hands, your diet, and your lifestyle continue to practice the lawless habits of the world around you. 🎯 The Final Scorecard Every YES choice means you are standing with the Remnant who worship the Father in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:24). Every NO choice means the flesh is still ruling in that area, and you are active in syncretism—bringing "strange fire" before the altar of the King. “Thou shalt not do so unto the Lord thy God: for every abomination to the Lord, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods...” — Deuteronomy 12:31 The Satanic Ritual of Sacrificing Children Every year, the priests of Ishtar would impregnate young virgins on an altar dedicated to herself and her husband*. The children were born on Christmas December 25, and the next year they were sacrificed in the Easter's Sunday at the sunrise service. The priests would take Ishtar's eggs and dye them in the blood of the sacrificed children. Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou enquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise. Thou shalt not do so unto the Lord thy God: for every abomination to the Lord, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods. (Deuteronomy 12:30-31) God is not happy with the way we have mixed pagan practices with His true worship. Celebrating Easter does not honor or please God even if we do it with the right intention. It was never established by God, so why are we so attached to it? Why do we go to great lengths to defend a holiday that angers Abba? Pride perhaps? Or our unbudging stubbornness in tradition? In the words of Paul to the Romans: “But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal.” (Romans 11:5) And still, to this day, there is a remnant of followers of The Way who have made the decision not to be contaminated by the world. Who have proposed to follow God no matter the cost, no matter the fire, no matter the cold shoulder. Because being Christian is not easy and less even when you follow the entire truth- the truth that no one wants to acknowledge. Truth is never popular, not even in the church. But be brave brethren. Be humble. At the end of the day, we want God’s approval, not man’s. Will you be part of the remnant? Exodus 12:3-14 3 Tell the whole community of Israel that on the tenth day of this month each man is to take a lamb[a ] for his family, one for each household. 4 If any household is too small for a whole lamb, they must share one with their nearest neighbor, having taken into account the number of people there are. You are to determine the amount of lamb needed in accordance with what each person will eat. 5 The animals you choose must be year-old males without defect, and you may take them from the sheep or the goats. 6 Take care of them until the fourteenth day of the month, when all the members of the community of Israel must slaughter them at twilight. 7 Then they are to take some of the blood and put it on the sides and tops of the doorframes of the houses where they eat the lambs. 8 That same night they are to eat the meat roasted over the fire, along with bitter herbs, and bread made without yeast. 9 Do not eat the meat raw or boiled in water, but roast it over a fire—with the head, legs, and internal organs. 10 Do not leave any of it till morning; if some is left till morning, you must burn it. 11 This is how you are to eat it: with your cloak tucked into your belt, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand. Eat it in haste; it is the Lord’s Passover. Passover Meal The Last Supper Matthew 17 On the first day of the Festival of Unleavened Bread, the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Where do you want us to make preparations for you to eat the Passover?” 18 He replied, “Go into the city to a certain man and tell him, ‘The Teacher says: My appointed time is near. I am going to celebrate the Passover with my disciples at your house.’” 1 9 So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover. 20 When evening came, Jesus was reclining at the table with the Twelve. 21 And while they were eating, he said, “Truly I tell you, one of you will betray me.” The Last Supper Mark 12 On the first day of the Festival of Unleavened Bread, when it was customary to sacrifice the Passover lamb, Jesus’ disciples asked him, “Where do you want us to go and make preparations for you to eat the Passover?” 13 So he sent two of his disciples, telling them, “Go into the city, and a man carrying a jar of water will meet you. Follow him. 14 Say to the owner of the house he enters, ‘The Teacher asks: Where is my guest room, where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?’ 15 He will show you a large room upstairs, furnished and ready. Make preparations for us there.” 16 The disciples left, went into the city and found things just as Jesus had told them. So they prepared the Passover. 17 When evening came, Jesus arrived with the Twelve. 18 While they were reclining at the table eating, he said, “Truly I tell you, one of you will betray me—one who is eating with me.” The Last Supper Luke 7 Then came the day of Unleavened Bread on which the Passover lamb had to be sacrificed. 8 Jesus sent Peter and John, saying, “Go and make preparations for us to eat the Passover.” 9 “Where do you want us to prepare for it?” they asked. 10 He replied, “As you enter the city, a man carrying a jar of water will meet you. Follow him to the house that he enters, 11 and say to the owner of the house, ‘The Teacher asks: Where is the guest room, where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?’ 12 He will show you a large room upstairs, all furnished. Make preparations there.” 13 They left and found things just as Jesus had told them. So they prepared the Passover. 14 When the hour came, Jesus and his apostles reclined at the table. 15 And he said to them, “I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer. 16 For I tell you, I will not eat it again until it finds fulfillment in the kingdom of God.” 1 Corinthians 11:23-25 23 For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, 24 and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, “This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.” 25 In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.”

THE FINAL JUDGMENT "He that rejects Me and doesn't receive my words has one that judges him: the WORD THAT I HAVE SPOKEN, the same shall judge him in the last day." ETERNAL JUDGMENT The truth about hell False prophet พระคริสต์ตรัสว่า "มีคนไปนรกแล้วขึ้นสวรรค์" 1 John 3:4 in Everyone who makes a practice of sinning also practices lawlessness; sin is lawlessness. All who indulge in a sinful life are dangerously lawless, for sin is a major disruption of God's order. The word eternal means constant or forever. The Bible refers to the final judgment that God will declare on individuals. This judgment will determine our state for eternity. It's important to realize that all judgment comes through Jesus, the Son of God. This diagnostic test brings the entire scriptural warning to its absolute climax: the Great White Throne Judgment. It forces the reader to stand before the opened books of record and the standard of the Spoken Word, confronting whether their lifestyle is being actively washed clean by the blood of the Lamb through a return to the Torah, or if they are coasting toward eternal destruction. 📋 The "Great White Throne & The Opened Books" Test Instructions: Answer these 4 final questions with absolute sobriety, evaluating your life against the infallible, courtroom evidence of the heavenly court. Question 1: The Standard of the Courtroom In John 12:48, the Judge declares the exact law book of the court: "He that rejects Me and doesn't receive my words has one that judges him: the WORD THAT I HAVE SPOKEN , the same shall judge him in the last day." When you stand before the throne, what standard will determine your destiny? A) The Spoken Word. You recognize that the unchanging Word of God—the Torah, the statutes, and the life-giving commands practiced by Yeshua—is the final law of the land. You are actively aligning your life, your diet, and your Sabbath with that standard today. B) Human Tradition . You believe that your modern church culture, personal opinions, or the consensus of the crowd will be accepted as a valid defense, assuming the Judge will overlook your disregard for His spoken commands. Question 2: The Evidence in the Books Revelation 20:12 states that the dead will be judged "according to their works, by the things that were written in the books." Knowing that 1 John 3:4 defines sin explicitly as the practice of lawlessness (anomia), what does the daily record of your actions look like right now? A) Cleaned and Transformed. The books record a life that stopped practicing lawlessness. Your past sins have been washed clean by the Blood of the Lamb, and your current record shows a dedicated pursuit of righteousness and obedience. B) Continuous Lawlessness . The books are actively recording a lifestyle that mimics the world. You routinely cross His boundaries, ignore His calendar, and live without regard for His laws, falsely hoping the record won't matter on that day. Question 3: The Severity of Willful Defiance The scripture asks a terrifying question in 1 Peter 4:17–18: If judgment begins at the house of God, "what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God? " If the Father did not spare His own Son when He took on our sin, how do you view your personal accountability? A) Fearful Reverence. You realize that Yehovah is righteously incapable of overlooking unrepented sin. You treat His commands with the highest regard, knowing that the willful and rebellious will face retribution and total exclusion from the Kingdom. B) Presumptuous Security . You assume that because you made a verbal confession, you have a pass to remain willful and sloppy in your lifestyle, believing a loving God would never actually execute His written wrath on you. Question 4: The Sifting of the Book of Life At the final accounting, Daniel 7:10 and Revelation 20:12 show that the heavenly court will sit, and a meticulous search will be made through the Book of Life for the names of those standing there. What is the evidence today that a name is securely written in that book? A) You Listen and Respond . As John 8:47 states, because you belong to Yehovah, you actively listen to and physically obey His words. Your faith is visible, tangible, and set apart from the world. B) You Look and Walk Away. You talk about God, but your feet walk the broad highway to destruction (Matthew 7:13). Your life lacks the physical fruit of the New Covenant, proving that you are only fooling yourself. The Final Verdict: Look at where your checked boxes land. There is no appeal process at the Great White Throne, and there are no hidden motives that the light of His face will not expose. If your choices land squarely on B, the mirror delivers the ultimate, uncompromised truth: How you live your life is the only real evidence of what you believe internally. A major disruption of God's order cannot enter His future Kingdom. If you refuse to judge yourself by the Word today, you will be broken by that same Word on the last day. The books are being written every single hour you have breath. Turn away from the broad road of lawlessness, drop the traditions of men, and submit your walk completely to the King while the door of repentance is still open. การพิพากษานิรันดร์ เหตุผลในการตัดสิน 1. เพราะบาปต่อกฎหมายของพระองค์ “คนทั้งหลายที่ทำบาป [พลาดเครื่องหมาย] ในธรรมบัญญัติ จะต้องถูกพิพากษาโดยธรรมบัญญัติ” (โรม 2:12) “จิตวิญญาณที่ทำบาปจะต้องตาย” (เอเสเคียล 18:4; YEHOVAH Proponents emphasize that Yehovah (יְהֹוָה) is not a 16th-century Christian invention. It is documented with full pointing in over 1,000 Hebrew Bible manuscripts, including prominent early texts like the Leningrad Codex and the Aleppo Codex. They argue Masoretic scribes who guarded letter-by-letter accuracy would not have recorded "mistaken" vowels across centurie The Consonants (יהוה / YHWH): Appear 6,828 times in the Hebrew Masoretic Text. In the Dead Sea Scrolls (dating 2,000+ years ago), scribes often wrote these four consonants in archaic Paleo-Hebrew script to set the sacred Name apart from the surrounding square Aramaic-Hebrew script. 1,000 times across other medieval manuscripts), while the shortened two-vowel form served as the standard scribal reminder (qere perpetuum) to pronounce "Adonai". Throughout the Hebrew Scriptures, Yehovah (YHWH) reveals His nature, character, and standards through direct declarations ("I am..." or "Thus says YEHOVAH and prophetic oracles spoken in the first person. Romans 5:8 – God proves His own love for us in this: while we were still sinners and completely undeserving, the Messiah died on our behalf. 1 John 4:9–10 – The love of God was manifested among us when He sent His only Son into the world so that we might live through Him; real love is defined not by our love for God, but by His initiative to send His Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins. Ephesians 2:4–5 – Because of His immense mercy and the great love with which He loved us, God brought us to life with the Messiah even when we were spiritually dead in our transgressions and sins. 1 John 3:16 – We understand what true love is through this concrete action: Yeshua the Messiah laid down His own life for our sake, setting the standard for how we ought to love. Romans 8:31–32 – Since God did not spare His own Son but willingly delivered Him up for us all, we have the certainty that He will generously give us all things needed for life. 1 John 4:19 – We are empowered to love God and others because He first took the initiative to love us. Here is a list of key Scriptures from the Torah, the Prophets, and the New Testament that explicitly warn of judgment, ruin, and doom resulting from forsaking and disobeying God's commandments: Deuteronomy 28:15 – "But if you will not obey the voice of Yehovah your God or be careful to do all His commandments and His statutes that I command you today, then all these curses shall come upon you and overtake you." The chapter outlines extensive warnings of disease, drought, defeat before enemies, and national ruin. Leviticus 26:14–17 – Yehovah warns that turning away from His statutes and breaking His covenant brings terror, sudden panic, consumption, fever, defeat by adversaries, and fleeing when no one pursues. Proverbs 28:9 – "If one turns away his ear from hearing the law [Torah], even his prayer is an abomination." Isaiah 1:19–20 – "If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land; but if you refuse and rebel, you shall be eaten by the sword ; for the mouth of Yehovah has spoken." Isaiah 5:24 – "Therefore, as the tongue of fire devours the stubble, and as dry grass sinks down in the flame, so their root will be as rottenness, and their blossom go up like dust; for they have rejected the law of Yehovah of hosts, and have despised the word of the Holy One of Israel." Jeremiah 11:3–4 – "Thus says Yehovah, the God of Israel: Cursed be the man who does not hear the words of this covenant that I commanded your fathers when I brought them out of the land of Egypt." Hosea 4:6 – "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge , I reject you from being a priest to Me. And since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children." Matthew 7:21–23 – Yeshua warns: "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven , but the one who does the will of My Father who is in heaven... And then will I declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness [torah-lessness].'" Matthew 7:26–27 – Yeshua warns that anyone who hears His words and does not do them is like a foolish man who built his house upon the sand : the rain fell, the floods came, the winds beat against that house, and it collapsed in complete ruin. Hebrews 10:26–27 – "For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful expectation of judgment, and a fury of fire that will consume the adversaries." 1 John 2:3–4 – "And by this we know that we have come to know Him, if we keep His commandments. Whoever says 'I know Him' but does not keep His commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him." Revelation 22:14–15 – "Blessed are those who wash their robes [keep His commandments], so that they may have the right to the tree of life and that they may enter the city by the gates. Outside are the dogs and sorcerers and the sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood." Core Biblical & Theological Significance 1. Covenant Renewal After Radical Failure The context is critical: Israel had just broken the covenant through idolatry (the Golden Calf). Under strict, unmitigated justice, the covenant was void. By proclaiming these attributes, God demonstrated that His relationship with humanity is anchored not in human perfection, but in divine mercy that makes restoration possible. 2. The Asymmetry of Grace Over Judgment In verse 7, God states that He stores up chesed (steadfast love) for thousands of generations, while visiting iniquity upon the third and fourth generation of those who hate Him. The arithmetic of God's character is overwhelmingly weighted toward compassion: thousandfold grace far outlasts generational consequence. 3. Complete Coverage of Human Moral Failure The trio in Attribute 10–12 covers the entire taxonomy of sin: Avon (Iniquity): Premeditated wrongdoing or inner distortion. Pesha (Transgression) : Defiant revolt against God's authority. Chata'ah (Sin): Unintentional failings and human weakness. By explicitly mentioning all three, the text emphasizes that no category of human failure lies beyond the reach of divine pardon when accompanied by genuine repentance. 4. The Biblical "Liturgical Anchor" Whenever biblical figures found themselves or their communities in existential peril due to disobedience, they invoked this exact formula to appeal to God's self-revelation: Moses at Kadesh-barnea (Numbers 14:18): When the people refused to enter the Promised Land, Moses appealed directly to these words to stay judgment. Jonah’s Lament (Jonah 4:2) : Jonah admitted he fled to Tarshish precisely because he knew God embodied these attributes and would spare Nineveh if they repented. The Prophets and Psalms (Joel 2:13, Micah 7:18–20, Psalm 86:15, Psalm 103:8): The phrase erech apayim ve-rav chesed ("slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love") became the primary Old Testament definition of who God is. Throughout the Scriptures, the judgments (mishpatim) of Yehovah appear not as arbitrary outbursts of anger, but as judicial verdicts rendered by the Judge of all the earth. Biblically, God’s judgments fall into distinct categories: universal cosmic judgments, verdicts against pagan nations, covenant discipline on Israel, and individual accountability. Here is a structured overview of the major divine judgments recorded in Scripture: Universal & Ancient World Judgments The Judgment in Eden (Genesis 3): Following the rebellion of Adam and Eve, God issued judicial sentences affecting mortality, childbirth, labor, and the serpent, establishing the fundamental rift between humanity and creation. The Great Deluge (Genesis 6–8): Enacted because "the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually." The verdict reset human civilization while preserving Noah's family through the Ark. The Dispenser of Tongues at Babel (Genesis 11): Human arrogance attempted to make a name for itself and avoid filling the earth; God’s judgment scattered humanity by confounding their languages. Judgments Against Corrupt Cities & Pagan Empires Sodom and Gomorrah (Genesis 18–19): After an inquiry into their systemic cruelty, oppression of the poor, and sexual degradation (Ezekiel 16:49–50; Genesis 18:20–21), fire and brimstone fell upon the cities of the plain. The Ten Plagues on Egypt (Exodus 7–12): Directly identified as a judgment against the gods of Egypt (Exodus 12:12) and against Pharaoh's systemic enslavement and infanticide of the Israelites. The Canaanite Nations (Leviticus 18: 24–28, Deuteronomy 9:4–5): God explicitly noted that their expulsion was not due to Israel’s righteousness, but because the land had become defiled by their practices, including child sacrifice through fire to Molech. Assyria / Nineveh (Nahum 1–3): While spared a century earlier under Jonah's preaching, Nineveh was eventually brought down due to ruthless imperialism, violence, and decei t. Babylon (Jeremiah 50–51, Daniel 5): Judged for imperial hubris, the destruction of the Temple, and King Belshazzar's desecration of the sacred vessels , culminating in the handwriting on the wall: "Mene, Mene, Tekel, Upharsin." Covenant Discipline on Israel & Judah Under the terms of the Mosaic Covenant (Leviticus 26, Deuteronomy 28), God warned that persistent unfaithfulness and idolatry would bring progressive covenant judgments designed to call the nation back: The Wilderness Generation (Numbers 14): After rejecting the report of the Promised Land at Kadesh-barnea and refusing to trust God, the generation aged twenty and older was sentenced to wander the wilderness for 40 years until they perished. The Northern Kingdom / Samaria (2 Kings 17): In 722 BC, the ten northern tribes fell to the Assyrian Empire and were scattered due to persistent idolatry, golden calf worship, and rejecting the prophets. The Destruction of Jerusalem and the Babylonian Exile (2 Kings 25, 2 Chronicles 36): In 586 BC, Nebuchadnezzar destroyed the first Temple and deported Judah because of decades of covenant treason, shedding innocent blood, and ignoring the land's Sabbath rests. Individual & Direct Judgments Scripture also highlights direct divine judgments executed against specific individuals for flagrant breaches of holiness, pride, or deception: Individual / Group Offense Judgment Reference Nadab and Abihu Offered "unauthorized fire" before the Lord contrary to His command Struck by holy fire at the Tabernacle altar Leviticus 10:1–3 Korah, Dathan, and AbiramLed an open, rebellious revolt against Moses and Aaron's God-given leadership The earth opened and swallowed their households Numbers 16 UzzahTouched the Ark of the Covenant to steady it, disregarding the prescribed carrying polesStruck dead instantly for irreverence 2 Samuel 6:6–7 King UzziahPresumptuously entered the Temple sanctuary to burn incense, a duty reserved strictly for priests Struck with incurable leprosy on his forehead 2 Chronicles 26:16–21 King Herod Agrippa I Accepted the crowd's praise hailing him as a god rather than giving glory to Yehovah Struck down by an angel and eaten by wormsActs 12:21–23 Ananias and Sapphira Conspired to lie to the Holy Spirit regarding the proceeds of their land sale Dropped dead on the spot before the apostles Acts 5:1–11 Principles Governing God's Judgments Rooted in Exhaustive Knowledge: God never acts on hearsay or assumptions; He inspects the heart and acts only after thorough investigation (Genesis 18:21; Jeremiah 17:10). Preceded by Patient Warning: In nearly every case—from Noah preaching before the flood, to centuries of prophets warning Israel, to Jonah in Nineveh—judgment comes only after extended periods of divine patience (Erech Apayim). Redemptive Intent: For God's covenant people, divine judgments are remedial rather than purely punitive, functioning as parental discipline (musar) meant to purge evil and produce repentance (Hebrews 12:5–11; Hosea 6:1). To "fear God" (Yir’at Yehovah in Hebrew, יִרְאַת יְהוָה) is one of the most misunderstood phrases in Scripture. In modern English, "fear" almost exclusively means fright, terror, or the instinct to shrink away from danger. In biblical thought, however, the fear of the Lord is not the dread of a cruel tyrant that makes you run away and hide. Rather, it is a profound, awe-filled reverence and moral seriousness that draws you in, aligns your priorities, and anchors your obedience. Moses captured this paradox directly at Mount Sinai: "Do not fear, for God has come to test you, that the fear of Him may be before you, that you may not sin." — Exodus 20:20 Notice Moses says: Do not be terrified ("do not fear"), yet cultivate the fear of Him. The goal is not cowering paralysis, but transformative reverence. 1. The Hebrew Concept: Yirah The primary Hebrew word is יִרְאָה (yirah). While it can describe natural fright (like meeting an enemy in battle), when directed toward God it takes on a distinct meaning: Holy Awe and Wonder: Recognizing the staggering gap between the Creator and the creature—His infinite holiness, sovereignty, and power versus our finite frailty. Appropriate Weight: Treating God with ultimate seriousness rather than casual familiarity. It is understanding who He actually is and responding accordingly. A helpful analogy is standing at the edge of the ocean or watching a Category 5 hurricane. You aren't necessarily terrified if you are safe, but you are gripped by immense respect and sober awe. You would never treat the open sea casually or carelessly. 2. What the Fear of God Looks Like in Practice Scripture defines the fear of the Lord not as an abstract feeling, but by its tangible fruits: A. Hating and Turning Away from Evil "The fear of Yehovah is to hate evil; pride and arrogance and the way of evil and perverted speech I hate." — Proverbs 8:13 "By the fear of Yehovah one turns away from evil." — Proverbs 16:6 The fear of God acts as an internal moral compass. When no one else is looking, a person who fears God refrains from wrong not because they might get caught by human authorities, but because they know God sees the heart and cares about righteousness. B. The Foundation of Wisdom and Clear Thinking "The fear of Yehovah is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight." — Proverbs 9:10 Biblically, wisdom (chokhmah) is skill in living life as God designed it. You cannot even begin to see reality accurately until God is placed at the center of the equation. Treating God as secondary or irrelevant is, by biblical definition, the starting point of foolishness (Psalm 14:1). C. Walking in His Commandments "And now, Israel, what does Yehovah your God require of you, but to fear Yehovah your God, to walk in all His ways, to love Him, to serve Yehovah your God with all your heart and with all your soul..." — Deuteronomy 10:12 Notice how Deuteronomy pairs fearing God with loving Him and walking in His ways. Fearing God and loving God are two sides of the same coin: love prevents fear from degenerating into cold dread, while holy fear prevents love from deteriorating into shallow presumption. 3. Slavishe Fear vs. Filial Fear Theologians have long distinguished between two types of fear: Category Servile / Slaves' Fear Filial / Children's Fear Root Motivation Dread of punishment; panic over getting caught Deep love, loyalty, and reverence View of God Harsh, arbitrary, looking to strike down A righteous Father whose approval matters above all Resulting Action Running away, hiding, deceit (like Adam in the garden)Drawing near in humility, repentance, and obedience Ultimate Concern"What will happen to me?""Will this dishonor or grieve Him?" A healthy son respects and "fears" a strong, loving father—not because he thinks his father will destroy him, but because he honors his authority, values his character, and dreads breaking his trust. 4. The Biblical Promises to Those Who Fear Him Far from bringing anxiety, Scripture repeatedly associates the fear of God with deep peace, protection, and intimacy: Intimate Friendship: "The friendship of Yehovah is for those who fear Him, and He makes known to them His covenant." — Psalm 25:14 Compassion: "As a father has compassion on his children, so Yehovah has compassion on those who fear Him." — Psalm 103:13 Protection and Provision: "The angel of Yehovah encamps around those who fear Him, and delivers them... for those who fear Him have no lack!" — Psalm 34:7, 9 Confidence and Life: "In the fear of Yehovah one has strong confidence, and his children will have a refuge. The fear of Yehovah is a fountain of life..." — Proverbs 14:26–27 In short, to fear God is to fear nothing else. When God holds His rightful, supreme place in a person's life, every other human fear—fear of man, fear of circumstances, fear of the future—loses its grip.

John 8:47 The phrase "salvation is by grace through faith, not by works, so that no one can boast" comes from the Bible (Ephesians 2:8-9) and emphasizes that salvation is a free gift from God received by faith, not earned through good deeds. While works are not the source of salvation, they are a natural and evidence of a genuine, transformed life that results from receiving God's grace through faith. Every verse requires Obedience Every command is an act of obedience refusal is a deliberate act of defiance We are witnesses of these things and so is the Holy Spirit, who is given by God to those who obey him.” Acts 5:32 And anyone who believes in God’s Son has eternal life. or the flesh craves what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are opposed to each other, so that you do not do what you want. …18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. 8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works so that no one can boast. 🏛️ What Does "Under the Law" Actually Mean? To understand why Paul said we are not "under the law," you have to look at the phrase scripturally, not culturally. In the Greek text, being "under the law" (upo nomon) carries a specific legal meaning: being under the condemnation and penalty of the law because you are a lawbreaker. Think of it like a modern traffic law: If you drive the speed limit, you are not "under" the authority of the flashing lights and the ticket book. You are walking in freedom. The law isn't chasing you. The exact second you choose to break the speed limit, you put yourself "under the law." You are now a criminal caught in the system, waiting for the penalty. Before you came into covenant through the Messiah Yeshua, you were a lawbreaker. You were trapped in protective custody under the law of sin and death (Galatians 3:23). You owed a blood debt you could not pay. When Yeshua died for you, His grace paid your penalty and pulled you out of that prison. He didn't delete the speed limit; He paid your ticket and set you free from the executioner! “Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law.” — Romans 3:31 (NKJV) According to the clear blueprint of Scripture, receiving the true, empowering grace of God is not a passive event or a quick mental agreement. It is a profound, life-altering legal and spiritual transaction. True grace is an unearned gift, but it is exclusively given to a specific heart posture. The Scriptures lay down a direct, unbreakable sequence for how a person physically enters into this covenant and receives the gift of the Holy Spirit. This phrase likely references the famous biblical proverb, "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble." This theme of humility runs throughout scripture as a reminder of the peace that comes from recognizing our dependence on God rather than relying entirely on our own strength. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ] Where it is found: You can read this exact sentiment in the New Testament books of James 4:6 and 1 Peter 5:5 , which both quote the Old Testament passage from Proverbs 3:34 . [1 ] What it means : Pride pushes people to rely entirely on themselves and act as their own ultimate authority. Because of this, scripture notes that God opposes or resists the proud. [1 ] The reward for humility: Those who are humble acknowledge their limitations and seek God. In return, they are met with His unearned favor, or "grace," which helps them overcome daily struggles and find spiritual rest. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ] 🛠️ The Scriptural Sequence to Receive Grace 1.Confront the Standard of the Word:The Diagnosis. You must look into the perfect mirror of God's Torah (His Law) to understand your true spiritual condition. Scripture states that "sin is the transgression of the law" (1 John 3:4). You must believe that you have broken His commandments, sinned against His holiness, and that you rightfully deserve the sentence of the law of sin and death (Romans 6:23). 2.Experience Godly Sorrow:The Broken Heart. Instead of making excuses, minimizing your actions, or defending your traditions, you allow the truth to smash your pride. You experience a deep, internal grief because you realize your lawlessness has offended the Creator and brought shame to His Name. This is Godly sorrow, which produces a repentance that leads to salvation without regret (2 Corinthians 7:10). As the Psalmist records: "The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and a contrite heart—these, O God, You will not despise" (Psalm 51:17). 3.Repent (Teshuvah):The Physical Turn. You must execute a radical, 180-degree physical turn. Repentance (Teshuvah) means you stop walking down the broad road of worldly customs, pagan traditions, and self-pleasing appetites, and you turn your face directly back toward the ancient paths of the Father's commandments. You actively cast the abominations out of your life, your home, your diet, and your calendar. 4.Surrender to the Messiah through Baptism:The Covenant Seal. You cast your entire life upon the unmerited mercy, favor, and blood of the Sovereign King, Yeshua. You acknowledge that His death paid the blood-debt you owed for your past lawlessness. You seal this commitment by being immersed in water (baptism) in the name of Yeshua Messiah for the forgiveness of your sins (Acts 2:38). This is where you physically "put on Christ," burying your old, rebellious nature and rising as a brand-new creation (Galatians 3:27). 5.Receive the Holy Spirit to Walk in Truth:The Empowered Life . Once you have repented and entered the covenant, the Father gives you the ultimate gift of grace: the Holy Spirit. The purpose of the Spirit is not to give you goosebumps or make you feel emotional; the purpose of the Spirit is to write the Torah directly onto your heart and mind (Hebrews 10:16), giving you the supernatural power, desire, and strength to physically do what the Word says and establish His Law in your daily walk (Romans 3:31). ⚖️ The Gatekeeper: Humility vs. Pride There is one supreme, universal spiritual law that dictates exactly who receives this gift and who is locked out. Scripture repeats this warning multiple times across both testaments: “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” — James 4:6 / 1 Peter 5:5 / Proverbs 3:34 The Proud Man defends his lifestyle, makes excuses for eating abominations, clings tightly to the annual pagan traditions of his ancestors, and argues with the plain text of Scripture. Because his neck is stiff, the Creator actively resists him, and he can never access true grace. The Humble Man hears the straight, uncompromised shout of the Word, falls on his face, confesses his lawlessness, and asks the King for instructions. Because his heart is soft, the Father pours out boundless grace upon him, lifting him out of the muddy pit of the world and placing his feet firmly on the path of stable, joyful obedience. Grace is entirely free, but it will cost you your pride, your worldly reputation, and your attachment to human traditions. If you want the true, life-saving favor of Yehovah today, humble yourself before the text, submit to the King, and start doing what His Word commands! God’s grace and His Spirit are deeply connected in scripture. The Holy Spirit is considered the very presence of God within a believer , and it is through this Spirit that we receive, understand, and apply God's unearned grace to our daily lives. [1 , 2 ] How Grace and the Spirit Work Together The Source of Grace: Grace is God's undeserved favor and love. It is a free gift given to us through faith in Christ. [ 1 ] The Spirit's Role: The Holy Spirit illuminates these truths, helping us grasp what God has freely given us. The Spirit is often called the "deposit" or guarantee of our salvation. [1 , 2 ] Evidence of the Spirit: When a person has the Spirit of God, their life is transformed. T his transformation produces what the Bible calls the "fruit of the spirit": love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, and self-control. [1 , 2 ] By this connection, we know that God dwells within us and works through us. You can explore more about how the Spirit empowers believers on Desiring God . [1 , 2 ] Here is the final, binary (Yes/No) Grace Test to prove whether you are operating under true biblical grace or a lawless counterfeit. 1. Theological & Spiritual Meaning Divine Favor : In religious contexts grace is unearned, unconditional love and forgiveness. It is the free gift of salvation and spiritual strength. Mealtime Prayer: A short, spoken prayer of thanksgiving offered before or after eating is widely referred to as "saying grace". [1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 ] 2. Behavioral & Interpersonal Poise and Elegance: The physical attribute of moving smoothly, naturally, and with dignified balance (e.g., a dancer's grace). Compassion: Interacting with others by showing patience, kindness, and extending forgiveness, especially during difficult situations. [1 , 2 , 3 ] 3. Practical & Legal Contexts Grace Period: A designated length of time past a due date (like a bill or insurance premium) where a late penalty or cancellation will not be applied. Privilege: In law, a concession, pardon, or temporary exemption granted as an act of mercy rather than a strict legal right. [1 , 2 ] ⚖️ The True Grace vs. Counterfeit Grace Test Instructions: Answer these final 3 diagnostic questions honestly to see how the word "grace" is being applied in your life. Question 1: The Function of Grace The Scriptural Law: “ For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. It teaches us to say ‘No’ to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age...” (Titus 2:11-12). The Question: What is grace actually teaching you to do on a daily basis? [ ] YES (True Grace): Grace acts as your trainer, giving you the power to say "No" to the desires of the flesh and the traditions of the world, driving you to live an upright lifestyle aligned with the Torah. [ ] NO (Counterfeit): You use the concept of grace to excuse or tolerate known compromises in your home, calendar, or diet, treating it as a safety net for ongoing disobedience. Question 2: The Relationship to the Law The Scriptural Law: “What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it ?” (Romans 6:1-2) / “Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law.” (Romans 3:31). The Question: Now that you have received salvation by grace through faith, what happens to your obligation to obey God’s written commandments? [ ] YES (True Grace): You recognize that grace delivers you from the condemnation of the law (the law of sin and death), which frees you to gladly establish, honor, and physically do the commandments in Spirit and Truth. [ ] NO (Counterfeit): You believe that being "under grace" means the Old Testament laws, dietary boundaries, and Sabbaths are "done away with," effectively using grace to render God's Spoken Word void. Question 3: The Threat of Turncoats The Scriptural Law: “For certain individuals... have secretly slipped in among you. They are ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord.” (Jude 1:4). The Question: When you are confronted with a hard, uncompromised command from the Scriptures (like purging pagan holiday traditions or unclean foods), what is your immediate defense? [ ] YES (True Grace): You tremble at the Word, humble your heart, and seek the Spirit's help to align your lifestyle with the command immediately. [ ] NO (Counterfeit): Your mind immediately jumps to the defense of "I'm saved by grace, not works," which is the exact mechanism Jude warns against—turning the favor of God into a shield to protect your own lawlessness. 🎯 The Conclusion of the Matter True grace is an empowering gift. It does not lower the Father's standard of holiness; it raises your ability to meet it. If your grace results in a clean home, a guarded Sabbath, a scriptural diet, and the keeping of His Appointed Times, you are walking in the true, unmerited favor of the Most High. If your grace allows you to comfortably keep the traditions of Rome, eat abominations, and ignore the Torah, you are caught in a delusion that scripture defines as a dead faith. The tests are finished, the standard is clear, and the witness of the text is absolute. May the true grace of our Master Yeshua give you the strength to stand with the obedient remnant until the day of His appearing! Here are 5 more direct, binary (Yes/No) questions to expand the Grace and Accountability Test. These focus specifically on the ultimate purpose of grace: moving a believer from a state of lawless rebellion to a life of physical, covenant-keeping action. 📋 The Simple Test: Part 4 (The Mechanics of Grace ) Question 4: The Power to Perform The Scriptural Law: “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” (Ephesians 2:10). The Question: Do you view grace as a passive legal status that merely keeps you out of hell, or do you view it as the active fuel that enables you to perform the "good works" explicitly outlined in the Father's Law? [ ] YES (True Grace): You recognize that grace was given so that your hands and feet could physically walk out the ancient paths and commandments God prepared from the beginning. [ ] NO (Counterfeit): You treat grace as an end in itself, believing that as long as you have the right theology, actual physical compliance with God's laws is optional or secondary. Question 5: The "Sin is the Transgression of the Law" Rule The Scriptural Law: “Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.” (1 John 3:4). The Question: When you talk about needing "grace for your sins," do you define sin strictly the way the Bible does (breaking the written Torah), or do you use a human, emotional definition of just "being a bad person"? [ ] YES (True Grace) : You use the scriptural definition. You know exactly what commands you broke (e.g., breaking Sabbath, eating unclean), which makes your repentance specific, urgent, and physical. [ ] NO (Counterfeit): You keep your understanding of sin vague and generalized, which allows you to feel "covered by grace" without ever having to stop specific lawless habits. Question 6: The Trampling of the Son The Scriptural Law: “Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace?” (Hebrews 10:29). The Question: If you willfully continue in a practice after the written Word has clearly shown you it is an abomination (like eating swine's flesh or celebrating pagan-rooted dates), what are you doing with the blood of Christ? [ ] YES (True Grace): You tremble at this warning. You immediately drop the behavior because you refuse to insult the Spirit of grace by using the Messiah’s death as a license to keep breaking His Father's laws. [ ] NO (Counterfeit): You continue the behavior anyway, assuming the blood of the covenant automatically covers willful, ongoing rebellion because "no one is perfect." Question 7: The Fruit Inspection The Scriptural Law: “Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore by their fruits you will know them.” (Matthew 7:19-20). The Question : If grace is truly living inside you through the Holy Spirit, it must produce visible, physical fruit that looks like the Messiah's lifestyle. Does your daily lifestyle look like the Torah-observant walk of Yeshua? [ ] YES (True Grace): The fruit is evident. Your calendar, your kitchen, your speech, and your behavior have been structurally altered to match the Master's walk. [ ] NO (Counterfeit): Your fruit matches the culture around you. You look, eat, and celebrate just like the world, using the word "grace" to explain away the lack of biblical fruit. Question 8: The "Not Everyone Who Says to Me" Standard The Scriptural Law: “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name...’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’” (Matthew 7:21-23). The Question: When you stand before the judgment seat, on what basis do you expect to enter the Kingdom? [ ] YES (True Grace): You trust completely in the grace of the Messiah, which successfully led you to stop practicing lawlessness and instead do the explicit will of the Father. [ ] NO (Counterfeit): You rely on your verbal professions ("Lord, Lord"), your religious activities, or your church attendance, while continuing to live a lifestyle that ignores the written commandments. 🏁 The Ultimate Division True grace is not a tool used to bypass t he Torah; it is the supernatural power that brings you into subjection to it. Every YES is a declaration that the King's authority is absolute over your flesh. Every NO is a warning light that a counterfeit, lawless grace is still comforting you on the road to the harvest of fire. Turn the wheel completely while the gate is still open! 🐐 1. Stumbling in Weakness (Where Grace Abounds) The Father understands that we are dust, and that unlearning the lawless habits of the world takes time. If a person has a sincere heart to obey the Torah, but they slip up due to weakness, ignorance, or an accidental oversight, grace does not leave them. “My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Yeshua Messiah the righteous.” — 1 John 2:1 (NKJV) In this case, grace is actively working. The Holy Spirit convicts the person’s heart, they experience Godly sorrow, they confess the specific sin, and they physically correct their behavior. Grace remains good because the person is submissive to the discipline of the house. 🐂 2. Walking in Rebellion (Where Grace is Cut Off) The line is crossed when a person receives the knowledge of the truth, looks directly at what the written Word says, and chooses to keep sinning anyway because it is popular, comfortable, or culturally normal. Scripture defines this as presumptuous sin—sinning with a high hand. When a person does this, God does not just passively watch; a precise spiritual hardening takes place. The author of Hebrews lays down the terrifying legal reality of what happens when a believer chooses ongoing, willful lawlessness: “For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful expectation of judgment...” — Hebrews 10:26–27 (NKJV) If there is no longer a sacrifice covering you, it means grace has been removed. You have chosen to walk out from under the Messiah’s blood and back into the prison of the law of sin and death. ⚠️ The Three Steps to the Total Removal of Grace When a believer starts sliding backward into the traditions of the world or the appetites of the flesh, the Father typically follows a clear, merciful, yet severe process before grace is completely extinguished: Step 1: Holy Vexation and Conviction The Holy Spirit stirs up trouble in your conscience. Your prayers feel blocked, your peace disappears, and the written Word starts to bite whenever you read it. This is God’s grace trying to pull you back. If you harden your neck here, you move to Step 2. Step 2: Severe Divine Discipline The Father begins to physically shake your life to wake you up. He may allow financial distress, family friction, or the loss of worldly comforts to show you that Egypt has nothing for you. As Hebrews states: "For whom the Lord loves He chastens..." (Hebrews 12:6). This discipline is a severe form of grace designed to smash your pride. Step 3: Giving Over to a Reprobate Mind If a person fights through the conviction, ignores the discipline, and insists on keeping their pagan traditions, their unclean foods, or their worldly compromises, the Father will eventually lift His hand completely. He stops correcting them, stops disciplining them, and hands them over to their own delusions. “And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting.” — Romans 1:28 (NKJV) When God "gives someone over," it is the ultimate removal of grace. They can now sin comfortably without feeling any guilt, thinking they are perfectly fine, completely unaware that they are tracking straight toward the harvest of fire detailed in Isaiah 66. Question 13: What Happens When You Twist the Wheel? The Setup: David prayed a critical prayer in Psalm 19:13: “Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me.” The Question: When the light of the Torah exposes a specific sin or worldly tradition currently sitting in your home, what is your immediate, physical reaction? [ ] YES (Under Active Grace): Your heart breaks, you take immediate accountability, and you physically cast the compromise out of your gates, proving that the Spirit of grace is alive and ruling your flesh. [ ] NO (Risking the Removal of Grace): You pacify your mind with excuses, delay the physical cleaning of your house, or assume that "God understands my situation," stepping directly onto the dangerous path of willful defiance. 🏁 The Summary Line God does not remove grace because you are imperfect; He removes grace when you become unteachable. If you can look at a command and refuse to change your lifestyle to match it, you are insulting the Spirit of grace. Turn the wheel completely while you still feel the sharp bite of conviction—because the only thing worse than the discipline of the Father is His silence.
